FFF 3D Printing Service

Fused Filament Fabrication, more commonly known as FFF printing, is a 3D printing process that builds objects layer by layer using melted plastic filament. Compared to other 3D printing methods, FFF offers a unique combination of affordability and versatility. While the resulting objects might not have the smoothest finish, the vast range of materials available allows for diverse applications, from simple designs to functional parts. MSLA 3D Printing Service

MSLA stands for Masked Stereolithography Apparatus. With this type of printing we can take help you take your model to the next level. Controlled by a high-resolution LCD screen a powerful LED shines through an LCD mask, selectively curing UV sensitive photopolymer resin layer by layer into your desired shape. Think intricate miniatures or detailed complex parts emerging from the resin bath. Let us, help unleash your creativity.

  • Once your request for quote (RFQ) has been sent, we will email a quote for the parts you want printed.

    If we notice any printability problems we will offer recommendations to help solve any problems.

    If you accept the quote, RC CAD will will begin work on your project upon receipt of payment.

  • Quotes can be turned around same day if received before 12:00PM PT Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

    RC CAD follows US banking holidays and is closed December 23-January 2.

    Product turn around estimates will be included with your quote.

    For small to medium size orders, we try our best to get your print(s) completed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Larger sized, multi-part, Multi-day, or volume prints may take up to 7 business days to complete. See your quote for target ship dates.

  • All quotes will be a minimum of:

    - FFF Printing: $25USD
    - MSLA Printing: $50USD

  • We currently only service North America.

    • Tough Resin for functional parts.

    • Elastic resin for parts that need to be flexible

    • Clear Resin for clear parts, additional post processing and polishing may be needed for a perfect finish.

    • Silicon resin is perfect for parts that are heat sensitive or endure a lot of wear and tear.
