Shipping Costs:
Please note: Shipping costs do not include any duties, VAT, customs fees, non US state or other local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Online Store Purchases: Shipping costs and available options will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The final shipping charges will depend on the customer's shipping address and the chosen shipping method.
Commissioned Projects: Shipping costs for commissioned projects are determined on a case-by-case basis and are outlined in the project's Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW will detail all associated costs, including shipping fees, delivery methods, and any applicable taxes or duties.
Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout for online store purchases or defined in a projects Statement of Work (SOW) based on your shipping address and chosen method.
Standard Online Purchases
UPS: We utilize UPS for efficient and reliable shipping services, we offer standard, expedited, overnight options.
USPS: For domestic shipments, we offer USPS options including Priority Mail and First Class Mail.
Large Commissioned Models
Due to the size and weight of commissioned models, shipping costs and options will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We utilize a variety of freight carriers and courier services to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the following factors:
Dimensions and weight of the item
Shipping address
Delivery timeframe
Any additional services required (e.g., liftgate, inside delivery, white glove service)
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
Order Processing Time
Standard Orders
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business day of receipt. This includes verification of order details, inventory availability, and payment processing.
Special Request and Custom-Built Items
For special request items or custom-built items, order processing times will vary. Specific turnaround times will be outlined in a Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of the order.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout for each shipping option for standard online store purchases. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Custom project delivery estimates are defined in the Statement of Work or at the time of crate or package preparation.
We strive to meet the estimated delivery time, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most addresses within the United States. For international orders, we ship to a limited number of countries, see list of excluded countries below. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.
General Restrictions
Due to various factors, including customs regulations, import duties, and shipping carrier limitations, we cannot ship to all countries. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to shipping restrictions.
Common shipping restrictions:
APO/FPO addresses: We may have limitations on shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
PO Boxes: Some items may not be eligible for shipping to PO Boxes.
Remote areas: Shipping to remote areas may incur additional charges or may not be available.
Countries Excluded Due to US Sanctions and Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to the following countries due to US sanctions and shipping restrictions:
Cuba
Iran
North Korea
Sudan
Syria
Venezuela

Tracking Information
We rely on our shipping carriers to provide tracking information for all packages and freight. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number provided by the carrier. To track your shipment, please use the tracking number on the carrier's website. We do not provide direct tracking updates.
Damages and Losses
We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. It is highly recommended that customers purchase shipping insurance to protect their investment.
For Standard Online Store Orders: Customers are solely responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier for any lost or damaged packages.
For Commissioned Projects: The terms regarding damages and losses during shipping will be outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). To ensure the highest level of quality and care, we capture detailed photographs of all items prior to shipping. These images document the item's condition and the packaging process. These photos are electronically sent to the client upon shipment as proof of the item's condition and packaging integrity at the time of departure. A Bill of Lading may be included for more complex items. The customer is solely responsible for filing any claims for lost or damaged items with the shipping carrier.
