RC CAD is in the business of making premium show-stopping, precision-engineered scale models. To create the perfect model for our clients we offer the following services and capabilities.
Precision CAD Modeling
We create CAD models for manufacturing your model. We can start with drawings, mesh models, or existing CAD models to build from.
CNC Laser, CNC Milling & Turning
We use various CNC machines to create the parts needed to construct a beautiful model whether for aesthetic or structural uses.
Paint & Surfacing
The quality of the final look and feel of the model all comes down how it’s surfaces are finished. We use airbrush, spray gun, vinyl to create the perfect look.
3D Printing
We use FDM and SLA resin printers to create many parts. It is a fast and cost effective way of manufacturing complex parts rapidly and repeatably.
Mold Making and Castings
Larger models often require molds be created for castings. This is especially true for parts that require high strength, or when many of one part are needed.
